Description

Leg Master Lower body exerciser, helps slim, trim and tone the legs, abs and pelvic floor in just 60 seconds a day.

Created to work out legs, abs and buttock muscles and now your arms with the upper body attachment. Leg Master targets your inner thighs, outer thighs, buttock, hips and core muscles to tighten and tone them. Use your own body weight to train muscles. Targets adductor and abductor muscles which are normally so hard to isolate. Helps strengthen Pelvic Floor Muscles. Helps with weak muscles associated with Incontinence. Unique lateral gliding rails. Firms and tones your lower body. Activates lower abdomen and pelvic floor. User time can be as little as 60 seconds.

    I watched those ladies on this machine and thought it looked pretty easy. I figured since I have exercised all my life I could do 100 the first day I received it. i struggled to do 30 repeats. It was really hard. I kept at it though probably 10 times a day. I am now up to 45 reps I have lost 2” on my thighs.
    I must say I really look forward to gettin on it. I use it every day. Pretty good for a 74 year old woman.

    I have had this machine for about 2 months. The 1st few days I could not do many reps. I started off slowly and little by little I am getting better at it I now do 1 minute at a time at least 3 or 4 times a day. Today I was looking at my legs and I couldn’t believe my eyes. My inner thighs are getting firm. I am ESTATIC..I will continue to use this machine forever!

    I am 66 years old, 5′ 1″ and have a problem with tripping and falling so I bought this to try and strengthen my legs and help my balance. I have only used it a few weeks but so far it seems to be helping a bit.
    At first try it was a little awkward trying to get my feet on it but it didn’t take long to figure out how to get my feet on without any problems. I now do 30 to 50 exercises at a time and several times a day. I find it easy to use.

    I wanted a product that would allow me to exercise while watching TV. This has been perfect! I have seen results quickly. I have had it for about three weeks and I couldn’t be more pleased. It is the one exercise that I have time for every day. What a great idea. I wish there were something similar that would concentrate on the upper body.

    I was actually a little embarrassed when I bought the Leg Master and figured my kids and husband would make fun of me with this little machine. I like to work out and I have bought the Total Gym, Pilates Reformer and the Fluidity Bar over the past decade. I don’t always find time to incorporate those into my busy schedule (and they can be a bit boring) so when I saw this I thought it looked small enough to keep in my office next to my desk. The time commitment is what really sold me on it! It looks like it should be super easy but you will feel it working right away. When my kids finally noticed it, they got on it and felt it working their inner thighs instantly. They are athletic and so I figured they wouldn’t feel it working but they did. I have been using it 2 to 3 times a day (which is only about a minute at a time) for the past 1 ½ months and I am seeing results. My thighs are slimming down but toning up all around and my tummy looks flatter too. I really wish I would have had this years ago after I had my daughter 🙂 Love the Leg Master and would recommend to anyone who is willing to give it a try…and for longer than 1 or 2 weeks. This would be great to keep in the bedroom or a walk in closet to jump on in the morning and before going to bed.

    I am a fit, 54 yr. old country girl. I received my machine today and it was easy to put together. I did 50 reps then a couple hours later did another 50. I felt the burn in my thighs, and am anxious to see where else it will produce results.

    Ordered this a bit ago and this week have used it everyday and made a challenge to do 500 so 100 times 5 times and it works great! Great challenging and can really feel the workout at the end of the day it seems to work all parts to so lets see if I can finally tone up. FUN ITEM for sure! YOU do have to use it though for it to work LOL

    I have many auto-immune problems which make many exorcise devices impossible for me. Nothing to do with age but arthritis, bursitis, faccetts syndrome and neuropathy make most machines aggravate not help my conditions. This is totally doable for these sort of conditions. It is a fast burn without the strain on my lower back. I am not one to stick with routine exorcise regimens but I love this. I do a minute every time a commercial comes on the tv, so I guess I do about 5 to 8 minutes a day. When you first start 1 minute seems like ten so the t.v. idea helps the minute fly by. If I really get interested in the commercial I will forget about the time.

    You can feel it working right away. Wish I had found out about it years ago. Love it and at first I could only do a few times. Two weeks later I am at almost 2 minutes a day split into two sessions. Can feel the difference. Great for seniors too.

    I just turned 45 and do not exercise. I turned to Qvc one day and saw the presentation of this machine. My thighs are one of my major problems areas that I want to work on. So I thought, it can’t hurt to give it a try. I’m here to say that after 3 weeks doing 25-30 reps 3x a day. I’ve notice my pants are not so snug. My thighs are definitely slimming. I will recommend this machine to my friends. Believe me the burn is real….I could barely do 15 in the beginning. I’m up to 35 now.

    First of all, I’m 78 years old. I’ve also had meniscus problems in both knees but this does not bother my knees. When I first tried this I could only do 15-20 reps but now after about 3 weeks I’m up to 60 and climbing. You pretty much have to do it every day but it is helping to make my legs stronger which is so important to keep from falling — a real problem as you age.

    NOW, I normally don’t write a raving review about an exercise gadget, but this little gem will work you out. Honestly, I could not do 3 reps without hitting the foot stops. I kept at it a few times a day. Now I am up to 75 at a time without hitting the foot stops. It is strengthening my quad, which I need after my knee replacement. Also, I am burning more calories because the big muscles are in the legs. If you can do 1 today, then do 2 tomorrow, 3 the next day, etc. You will eventually get there. I am on my way and could not be more pleased. Also, I love the fact that you can move it to vacuum around and it was a snap to put together and it is not an eyesore in the room. I leave mine out to the side of the room on the way to the restroom. Every time I come out of the restroom after showering, etc., I do a few reps and at the end of the day I get 70 or more in all at once, just to top the day off. I am waiting on the day that I can do this through a whole commercial break on TV (and then collapse). LOL. Hang in there! This little baby works. You don’t have to make big strides to work the correct muscle groups and be effective. Good luck, everyone!

    I was so excited to get this piece of equipment! I’d started losing weight late last year and was down 40 pounds by Super Bowl Eve earlier this year – but 10 pounds slowly crept back. I wanted something for incentive to get back on track. After reading reviews (for the older version – and knowing what updates had been made) I was sure this was going to be perfect for me – and I was right! I am not kidding when I say after just two weeks and a half weeks, my hips and thighs are noticeably slimmer! I can even feel the difference in that there’s less ‘jiggle’! I SO wish I had measure prior to starting because I know inches are coming off! I started at 50 reps, then bumped it up to 60 and then to 80. I do several ‘sessions’ on the LegMaster throughout my workouts and get in 240 – 400 reps. I LOVE this piece of equipment and actually look forward to using it because it’s fun and I know it’s making a difference! I’m sorry to read that not everyone is as thrilled as I am – though it does seem that most are. I consider myself lucky in that – because it’s performing exactly as I’d hoped.

    I am a 71-year-old, out of shape, overweight person with thin legs, but lots of belly fat. The first time I tried this as described, nothing, second time I used it as described didn’t feel a thing. I decided that just in and out sliding didn’t seem to do anything for me. I may have been doing something wrong. I decided to make it a bit harder to do by bringing legs into the center and holding to the count of 10. WOW. I definitely felt something the next day and cut back to walking by it and just doing a few center pulls and holds and building up from there. I feel it in my thighs, butt and core. Right in the areas I wanted to target. I have had it for a few weeks now and I am not walking by it as much as I did after the first few days of having it. I just have to remember moderation…everything in moderation.

    I got this because it would address all of the areas I need toned. I am 56 years old and have only been doing it for a week and I love it! I do about a minute a day in the morning but then find myself getting on it a couple more times a day because I see it as I walk into my living room . I believe because I feel my muscles in my in inner outer thighs my butt and my stomach and a little in my arms that I will see results in the next couple of weeks.

    Set up was quick and easy. It wasn’t even necessary to open the instruction book to do so. After buying other equipment that eventually goes to the exercise graveyard because it doesn’t deliver advertised results, this one really does work and shows results after just a few days. Core, thighs, buttock, and hips all feel the burn. And when you know something is working there’s no better incentive to keep using it. The size is perfect and compact for easy storage. But because it’s doing the job, there’s no need for storage here. It’s kept up and accessible so I can exercise several times throughout the day. And the flexible hand bar is fantastic for core and arm toning. Love this. Finally, something that works that doesn’t require a lot of time and effort.

    The Leg Mater is worth every penny! I started 5 days ago and already see and feel results in my legs and especially my core muscles. As stated in presentation, you can’t do 1 minute right away; after 15 seconds, my leg muscles were on fire but I worked up to 1 minute and the results are amazing. I cancelled my gym membership since the Leg Master works all the areas I worked on at the gym for 30 minutes. Assembly was very easy, 5 minutes and it was ready to go.     I can’t say enough about this machine. I’ve only had it for a few days and I can already feel the difference.     I just received the Leg Master, couldn’t wait to set it up which was very easy, and then jump on it and try it out! I laughed at myself, to think that after 5 I was truly feeling it on the inside of my thighs, buttocks, and back of thighs. I am 60 yrs old, way out of shape with hip issues, sciatic problems, and scoliosis and needed something that would challenge me for short periods and figured 1 minute would be perfect. I even got my hubby (nearly 67 yrs old and disabled) to try it, he did 3 and quit, then whined about it hurting! He does nothing physical and has lost muscle tone. It’s not that he CAN’T do stuff, he chooses not to! I think I am going to love this and am working on finding a permanent place in my office to keep it! LOVE IT!

    I just put this together by looking at the picture. Got on it and counted 44 reps. and said shoooo I have to rest. This is a serious piece of equipment. Well worth the money. You will be impressed with this, It does your arms too. I just couldn’t do them both a once. I haven’t exercised in so long. But I will keep doing it.

    Bought the original leg master. It kicked my butt and not in a good way. I’m 72 and needed to work my core and legs. When I first got it I could only do one rep. I finally worked up to ten. Then I saw this mini version of the leg master and I instantly new that was for me. Same movements just smaller and easier. Love this mini model. Much easier for me to use. I’m hoping to work up to using the original one again. The original is for hard core exercisers This one for us “oldies” who just want to quit going backwards. Best thing I bought from qvc this year.

    I am 57 and way out of shape. Anyone who says this does not work either did not use it long enough or consistently, or took milkshakes intravenously while working out. I’ve been using it for a month, every day, and I’m seeing slow, steady results. I had lumps on my legs; they’re gone. I love feeling that flat surface! My tummy is tighter. Since my mid life woman time I have had a protruding abdomen and that is getting flatter. I have a long way to go but it’s encouraging. My routine is 50 reps, 4 times a day (I think the minute a day is not enough). I may increase that because I had to work up to 50, so I may find shortly I can surpass that. It really works your upper leg muscles and I found it’s really important to do a rest day once a week. EVERYONE has 5 minutes a day, especially since you can break them up. A reasonably priced solid piece of equipment.

    I am not one who likes to exercise. I just began walking 45 minutes daily during my lunch hour at work. When I saw this advertised, I figured I could commit to 60 seconds a day. Oh my goodness! I had to do it in 15 second increments lol. This machine is no joke—it does exactly what it says it will do. I laughed at myself for having to split up my minute workout in 4 sessions. I’m 52 years old and out of shape. I was not so sore after using the leg master that it impacted my daily life. I was sore enough to know that these muscles have certainly not been worked in years but I managed to continue on with my daily routine without severe soreness the next day. It’s the kind of soreness I like. I’m actually motivated to use this equipment because I want to increase my time on it. I invite anyone to give this a try. It is a new movement to the body (I can liken it to roller skating/rollerblading) but it’s super easy to adjust to. I can’t wait to hop on it again. I’m having a blast with this little goodie. It arrives pretty much assembled (a mighty big thank you for that). Just remove the packaging, slip in a couple of poles and you’re good to go.     I am getting older now and have just begun to notice annoying little things related to my pelvic muscles. I watched this presentation last year and even though I was skeptical, I ordered it. GIRLS! Do yourself a favor, order the Leg Master! It is more than what it sounds like it is. It kicked my butt the first time I used it and that continues today. My legs are stronger, my buns are tighter but the biggest improvement is my core muscles. I no longer stand up from a table and pray I will make it to the bathroom.     I saw it, I liked it, I wanted it, and I bought it! What more can I say about this item? I love the Legmaster Total Body Toning & Strengthening Machine! I purchased it because I had a baby last March and I ended up having a 3rd Degree Tear. It took a very long time for me to heal but when I did I wanted to ease back into getting in shape. I was able to lose weight by using this for 60 minutes a day along with sticking to a 1,200 diet. I went from 146 lbs to 124 lbs in 4 months.     I’ve had this strengthening machine for over a year and decided to finally write a review. The day I got this machine, I could barely do one rep, it was extremely hard. It does take time and you have to be patient. I’m now up to over 60 reps per day and I can really see the difference. I have never regretted purchasing this machine.

    Feel my core, upper arm’s and thighs get a very good workout. Only minor problem is it does not stay folded up for upright storage
